This refund policy applies to all Pixel Cloud Services packages and custom work billed in PKR. Pixel Cloud Services (pixelcloudservices.online) is a project of MHM. Last updated 8 September 2026.
1. Deposits
A 50% deposit books your slot and lets us start discovery, design or recovery. Deposits are refundable if we have not started any work and you cancel in writing within 48 hours of payment.
2. After work has started
Once research, design, development, SEO or recovery has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because that time cannot be sold to someone else. If you pause a project for more than 45 days without agreement, we may close it and keep fees paid for work already done.
3. Final payments
The remaining balance is due before launch or file handover. Final payments are not refunded after you approve the deliverable or after the site goes live at your request.
4. Recovery and SEO
- Recovery: If we determine that files or backups cannot be restored, we will stop and refund any unused portion of a quoted recovery fee after deducting investigation time already spent (minimum PKR 5,000 if diagnosis was completed).
- SEO retainers: Monthly SEO is billed in advance. Unused future months can be cancelled with 14 days' notice. The current paid month is not refunded.
5. Change of mind
Digital design is custom. We cannot resell a logo, layout or codebase built for your brand. A change of mind after approval is not a defect and is not refundable. Extra direction changes are quoted as new work.
6. Our error
If we miss an item that was clearly in the signed quote, we will fix it at no charge. If we cannot deliver a quoted item at all, you may receive a partial refund for that item or a replacement service of similar value.
7. Third-party costs
Domain names, Hostinger hosting, SSL, paid plugins, stock assets, advertising and payment gateway fees are charged by other companies. Those costs are not refunded by Pixel Cloud Services.
8. How to request a refund
Email care@pixelcloudservices.online or use the contact form with your name, project and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, usually within 10 business days after approval.
